All sales of our products are final and non-refundable once the product has been dispensed, shipped, or administered.

This policy is necessary due to:
- The medical nature of the products
- Sterility and safety standards
- State and federal regulations governing the handling of compounded and prescription-grade items
 
Eligible Refund Situations
While most purchases are final, we will consider refund or replacement in the following rare cases:

• If Your Order Has Not Yet Been Compounded, Dispensed, or Shipped:

- You may request a cancellation and full refund.
- Please contact us immediately at info@newskinbylynn.com to confirm the order status.

• If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect:

- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
- We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Ineligible for Refunds or Returns
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Products kept beyond 48 hours without reported issues
- Items subject to temperature control or sterility concerns
- Products purchased in error (please review your selections carefully before checkout)

Consultation Required Before Purchase
To ensure safety and efficacy, all clients are strongly encouraged to complete a consultation with our medical provider prior to purchasing any clinical compound.

Shipping & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services. Please ensure someone is available to receive time-sensitive medical shipments.
